Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Build/manage end-to-end sales funnel for new Tampa home care agency:
– Identify new sales prospects & new categories of sales prospects
– Execute initial & regular outreach to sales prospects (this will include physical local travel to prospects’ places of business)
– Define and execute near & long-term sales strategies
– Set & track to sales KPI in a way advances the strategy and drives agency-level outcomes
– Continually evolve sales processes and operationalize best practices
– Report on the evolving sales process & outcomes to agency leadership
Non-Core Responsibilities:
– Advise on marketing strategy & coordinate sales efforts with marketing operations
– Meet regularly with leadership to strategize and optimize cross-functional operations
Full-time & part-time
– Job hours are flexible and more focused on outcomes than a specific schedule
Required Qualifications
– 5+ years experience in home care sales
– Demonstrated ability to establish & maintain relationships with new/existing referral partners
– Demonstrated ability to grow relationships with referral partners in terms of the number of referrals made
– Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
– Ability to work in a fast-paced unstructured environment while still achieving results
– Results-oriented with strong ability to own outcomes
– Ability to drive continuous improvement
– Quantitative approach to demonstrating progress & results
– Ability to think at a leadership level, working across the leadership team to help define and drive long-term company goals
Preferred Qualifications:
– At least two of the five years of experience in the Tampa Bay area
– At least two of the five years of experience in non-skilled home care a plus
NOTE: This role is a leadership role with commission AND equity based compensation package. Salary listed is an estimate based on the average estimated commissions over the first four years. Salary estimate does not include the additional compensation from equity awarded. 5-8% equity (five year vesting schedule)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $135,000.00 – $195,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
